Pitt Soggs Cottage is a recent conversion of an old building and lies on the edge of Penrice village, overlooking Oxwich Bay. It has the appearance of a traditional Gower cottage on the outside but with a more modern interior. The large enclosed garden backs onto one of the Estate's woods, from which the cottage derives its name.
