Penrice is a small village overlooking Oxwich Bay, with a lovely Norman church and a village green. It was once one of the largest market villages in Glamorgan. The following seven cottages are available to rent in the village.


Formerly the village inn called The Rising Sun where Dylan Thomas spent many school holidays. Rose Cottage is a large detached cottage with an enclosed garden.

Large porch and hall, on the left of which is the sitting-room with an open fire, television and video. On the right is a large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. There is an open fire and a dining-table and chairs. Separate larder with slate slab with a larder fridge and deep freeze underneath it. Back porch leading out onto a sheltered paved area, looking down over Oxwich Bay. Downstairs cloakroom.

The main bedroom has a 5ft double bed, the middle bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. Bathroom with shower above the bath.
