Penrice is a small village overlooking Oxwich Bay, with a lovely Norman church and a village green. It was once one of the largest market villages in Glamorgan. The following seven cottages are available to rent in the village.

On the right is a large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. There is an open fire and a dining-table and chairs. Separate larder with slate slab with a larder fridge and deep freeze underneath it. Back porch leading out onto a sheltered paved area, looking down over Oxwich Bay. Downstairs cloakroom. |

UpstairsThe main bedroom has a 5ft double bed, the middle bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. Bathroom with shower above the bath. |

Formerly the village inn called The Rising Sun where Dylan Thomas spent many school holidays. Rose Cottage is a large detached cottage with an enclosed garden.
