 One storey two bedroom cottage, overlooking Penrice Park and Oxwich Bay. Originally the Estate Office, it was the centre of all agricultural and commercial activity on the Estate. The tenants would come here to pay their rent.

The good sized bathroom (formerly the strong room) has a walk-in shower cubicle, bath, lavatory and wash hand basin. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single 3ft 6 inch wide Adjustamatic bed.
